A sub-brand that creates a real impact in the workplace.
The EHRC are Britain’s independent equality and human rights regulator. They enforce and uphold the laws that safeguard everyone’s right to fairness, dignity and respect.
They required a sub-brand within the company title ‘fairness is our business’ for print material. Specifically looking at conditions within the workplace. It would need to work alongside the main brand mark but also be strong enough to stand alone.
I used a base colour palette from the existing brand to make up the logo. With 3 tiers inside the sub-brand, I introduced its own colourway. The use of green allowed it to have its overall colourway, while shades help differentiate the tiers.
